Welcome to one of the best riding adventures! Beautiful Costa Smeralda, in the north east of Sardinia, is our starting point for discovering the island.

Hilly and curvy, with a very jagged coastline and craggy rock formations, Sardinia offers thrilling views while riding perfect bends of never-ending sea-side cliff roads. Its rugged landscape is dotted with thousands of nuraghi – mysterious Bronze Age stone ruins shaped like beehives. Not to mention a scattering of Roman ruins, Pisan churches and Spanish Baroque.

Crossing to unique French Corsica, serving up more and more bends as they wind their way through pine forested hills and small villages, these two islands make the unbeatable riding destinations in all Europe.

Day by day

Day 1: Welcome to Sardinia!

Our representative will meet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel.

Soak in the Mediterranean scent and enjoy the atmosphere of the coastal town, Olbia, where our tour starts. You’ll have some time to unwind before 4pm, when our guides will meet you in the lobby of the hotel for an introductory briefing. In the evening we'll meet again for the welcome dinner in one of the traditional Sardinian restaurant.

Day 2: Olbia - Ajaccio

In the morning we start with a magnificent ride following the famous Costa Smeralda or Emerald Coast, where luxury hotels, private golf clubs and heli-pads are in abundance.

Pristine white sand beaches and blue waters make this area one of the most expensive tourist spots in Europe. In Santa Teresa we board a ferry and one hour later find ourselves in Corsica. Enjoy the view from the ferry as we approach   the dramatic town entrance. Corsica will soon greet you with more outstanding roads leading to the final destination for today, Ajaccio, birthplace of Napoleon Bonaparte and the capital of Corsica.

Day 3: Ajaccio - Corte

Corsica has more mountains and rivers than any Mediterranean island. It will engulf you in the scent of pine trees, astound you with dramatic mountain peaks in the distance and surprise you with the various landscapes you will ride through.

Enjoy the exhilarating ride towards Piana region, where distinct red rocks reach towards the sky. Stop in lovely Piana or the coastal town of Porto and enjoy the local vibe. After Porto we start climbing up some serious mountains, with Monte Cinto, highest mountain of Corsica, standing out with its presence. We will finish our day in Corte, once a capital and a center of the island, and today, still a unique town surrounded by mountains and rivers.

Day 4: Corte - Bonifacio

Our third riding day on Corsica will offer more amazing scenery on roads taking us through distinct inland villages.

We will end the day in Bonifacio, a seaside city perched on towering limestone cliffs. Bonifacio is one of the most dazzling and awe-inspiring sights on the island with a rich history and charming old town character. Enjoying your dinner in the narrow cobbled alleys is a must.

Day 5: Bonifacio - Alghero

In the morning we take the ferry back to Sardinia, this time following the western side of the island towards Alghero.

We will stop in the coastal town of Castelsardo, one of the two fortresses on Sardinia Island. We'll take a walk through the alleyways of the city centre up to the Castello, the citadel. We will finish the day and spend two nights in Alghero, a town with distinct Spanish atmosphere.

Day 6: Rest day in Alghero

A great place to hang out, walk the coastal promenade, go shopping or enjoy the beach, Alghero offers it all.

It makes an ideal base for numerous activities in or around the town. Explore the Riviera del Corallo, take a ride to Nettuno caves nearby, explore the shady cobbled lanes of centro storico and marvel at the golden sea wall surrounding the old town and giving the town the true meaning of a fortress. Or you can go for a ride and explore more of the fabulous Sardinian roads.

Day 7: Alghero - Cala Gonone

Today you will experience the true value of Sardinia--its roads! Perfect grip and never ending bends continue forever. Almost nonexistent traffic just adds to the experience.

We start the day on a beautiful coastal ride to the picturesque town of Bosa from where we start to explore the interior part of the island. Visiting prehistoric sites with Nuraghe dwelings, stopping in Orgosolo for a stroll and admiring the revolutionary murals all over town or visiting folk museum in Nuoro are our options today. Late in the day we will arrive at Cala Gonone, a low key coastal town with a very cozy feel to it.

Day 8: Cala Gonone - Olbia

Our Sardinia roller coaster ride will not end just yet!

The ride from Nuoro to Bitti is one of the best rides on the island. Zig-zag through cork plantations and stop in one of the squeezed-in bars in Budduso. Work your way over the mountains until slowly diving back down to Olbia where we will finish our tour.

Day 9: Flight home from Olbia

If you fly out later in the day, you’ll have a chance to swim in the emerald waters of Sardinia once more.

You will say goodbye to our guides and new friends and wish everyone many safe rides in the future.
